Is there a limit on referrals?

Nope! You can refer as many friends as you like, as long as they’re new to SugarCream and haven’t been customers before.

 

Who can participate in the Refer a Friend program?

Everyone is welcome to refer a friend! The only requirement is that your friend must be a first-time SugarCream customer without an existing account.

 

Can I combine the Refer a Friend discount with other offers?

Unfortunately, the Refer a Friend discount cannot be used together with other promotions or discounts.

 

When will I receive my £10 credit?

As soon as your friend completes their first visit at SugarCream, you’ll get an email with your 1,000 REWARDS points, which you can use as £10 credit toward your next treatment!

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete the check-in process. If you're running late, kindly let us know via Whatsapp or Wechat. 

 

To maintain a high standard of service for all clients, arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a fee equivalent to the cost of your treatment(s) being charged.

 

3.  Rescheduling and Cancellation

Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. You can reschedule by contacting us through our chat feature or rechsdule on our website.

 

Cancellations: To cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Please note that any deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

 

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to all our clients.

4. Payment

We accept payment by debit or credit card cash, RMB and online bank transfers for all services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You are welcome to provide a cash tip to Nail Artists.

5. Children Nail Service

We offer children's nail services for clients aged 8 and above. A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 16 during the entire appointment.  For clients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required prior to the service. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all clients, we ask that children remain seated and under the supervision of their parent or guardian at all times during the service.

 

We use only child-friendly, non-toxic nail products for our young clients. However, if your child has any allergies or sensitivities, please inform us prior to the appointment. 

 

As our salons are active working environments, it is essential that children are closely supervised at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s treatment if their child is posing a health and safety risk to themselves or others, or is disrupting other clients due to lack of supervision. Please note that any bookings canceled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.

6. Walk in

Over 95% of our appointments are scheduled in advance, so walk-in availability is very limited. We strongly recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time. However, if you’re in the area, feel free to check our technician for the latest availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

7. Aftercare Service

We are committed to providing you with high-quality nail services and ensuring your satisfaction. To offer you peace of mind, we have established the following after-sales service policy:

 

7-Day No-Reason Repair Guarantee:

We offer a complimentary repair service for any issues with your nails within 7 days of your initial appointment. This service covers any concerns related to the quality of our work. Please note that this guarantee does not include damage caused by external factors, such as accidents, improper care, or other human-induced causes.

 

Post-7-Day Repair Service:

After the 7-day period, repairs will be available at a rate of 1/10 of the original cost per nail. This service ensures that you can maintain your beautiful nails at a reasonable price even after the initial guarantee period.
